Jacqueline Spence, Esquire - Founder
Attorney Jacqueline Spence is the founder of the Affordable Law Center and brings more than two decades of legal experience to her clients. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Ms. Spence built her foundation as a strong advocate early in her career before relocating to Florida, where she has continued to serve individuals and families with professionalism, dedication, and compassion.
Licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia, Ms. Spence offers her clients a broad perspective and depth of knowledge across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to her litigation and advisory practice, she is also a certified Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator, giving her unique insight into resolving disputes both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Throughout her career, Ms. Spence has earned a reputation for her commitment to client-focused representation. She believes that every client deserves not only skilled legal counsel but also personalized attention and clear communication. Her experience spans a wide range of practice areas, with a focus on family law, estate planning, and dispute resolution, always with the goal of helping her clients secure peace of mind and lasting solutions.

Ali- Senior Paralegal
Ali is a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than a decade of experience in family law and civil litigation. She has been an integral part of the Affordable Law Center since 2016, bringing extensive knowledge of the legal process and a strong commitment to client service.
As a Florida native and proud graduate of the University of Florida, Ali takes pride in serving her community with professionalism and compassion. She works closely with attorneys and clients to manage all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, client communication, and trial readiness. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that each case is handled with care and efficiency.
Ali is known for her approachable demeanor, reliability, and dedication to helping clients navigate difficult times. She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s mission to deliver high-quality, affordable legal services.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys traveling with her husband and three children and creating meaningful family experiences along the way.
Jessie - Paralegal
With over 10 years of experience in litigation, Jessie is a vital member of the Affordable Law Center team. She works closely with clients and attorneys, managing cases from start to finish with a focus on organization, thoroughness, and compassionate support.
Based in the office, Jess oversees every stage of the legal process, from start to finish, and ensures clients are informed and supported throughout their matters. Her role extends beyond the office as well—she often attends trial alongside the attorney to provide additional support for clients during some of their most important moments.
Known for her dedication and attention to detail, Jess ensures that each case receives the care and attention it deserves. Her extensive experience in family law allows her to anticipate client needs, streamline the process, and help deliver the highest level of service possible.
Regina - Legal Assistant
Regina Kopeck is a Legal Assistant with over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong dedication to client care. Since joining the Affordable Law Center in 2024, she has been a reliable and compassionate presence for clients navigating challenging legal matters.
Regina works closely with the legal team to provide support throughout the case process, ensuring clients feel heard, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Her calm, empathetic approach and ability to communicate clearly make her a valued part of the firm’s commitment to accessible, client-focused legal services.
A proud Florida native, Regina brings a grounded, personal touch to every interaction. She is known for her warm demeanor, professionalism, and genuine desire to help others.
Outside of the office, Regina enjoys traveling with her triplets, embracing outdoor adventures, and making lasting memories with her family.
