We will work with you to develop a fee arrangement that works for you. We understand that large retainers and high hourly rates are not affordable for many people. The initial retainer that is required for us to begin working on your case will depend upon the nature of your case and what representation you are seeking. It will also depend on the specific facts of your case. No case is exactly the same. During your consultation we will give you a retainer estimate for your specific case. Fees may be altered depending on complexity of a case.

ESTATE PLANNING PACKAGES

After your initial consultation we can customize an estate planning package that is suitable to your needs. All estate planning packages include: Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Notice Regarding Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and Healthcare Surrogate, Preneed Guardian for adult, Guardian for Children, Healthcare Surrogate for Children.

UNCONTESTED FAMILY MATTERS

This is where you and the other party agree and there is nothing for the attorney to negotiate or the Court to decide. All fees exclude court costs. To constitute as an uncontested matter the other side does not have an attorney of record (however may have an attorney review the document) and there are no disputes regarding anything.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION WITHOUT CHILDREN

- Complete all required documents

- Electronically file all documents

- Appear at the Final Hearing to finalize your matter

DOCUMENT PREPARATION WITH CHILDREN

starting at $2,500.00

- Complete the Court-Approved forms for you, including a Marital Settlement Agreement or Paternity Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan

- Calculate and provide Child Support Guidelines

- Provide you with a Notary to sign the documents

- Electronically file all of your documents for you

Additional fees apply if there are any issues with the completion or return of any documents.

REVISIONS AND URGENCY

All packages include two (2) revisions to your documents. Additional revisions will be charged on an hourly basis.

If you request documents be prepared immediately within 1-2 days then there is an additional flat fee of $300.00.

Fees may be subject to change. Prices may vary depending on total assets. Income is subject to verification.
